Springdale Elementary

Springdale Elementary approached QuikPrint with a request for two student items: a homework folder and a student planner. I was assigned the project and given creative freedom, with just a few guidelines. The folder needed one flap labeled for documents to stay at home and the other for homework. Both items had to feature the school’s colors (blue and gold) and their studious bee mascot. I used a beehive pattern as the main background for both designs. Once the pattern was complete, the folder was fairly straightforward. For the planner, I drew inspiration from my own elementary and middle school agendas, incorporating the elements I had found most useful for tracking assignments and tests.
